The entrance hallway has plenty of room for coats & boots. On the left is the large kitchen with views of the Peffery Valley. There is an extending dining table for up to 6 seated, a microwave, electric hob cooker and double fan oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space. Also from the hallway is the shower room with toilet and washbasin. It is spacious enough to easily accomodate a wheelchair and if required the shower cubicle has a seat suitable for the less able along with handrails by the toilet. Next door is an additional toilet with whb. The hallway to the right leads to the three bright bedrooms -1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and then to the lounge with its solid wood beech flooring and access to the private garden area with picnic bench.

The roperty will be available to guests from 4pm. Guests are asked to leave no later than 10.30am on departure date.
You can arrange to have your groceries delivered from Asda or Tesco.
If you'd like to be collected from the Airport or Railway Station we'd be happy to pick you up by arrangement.
We're very sorry but we no longer accept pets. Assistance dogs are welcome but we respectfully ask that you let us know in advance.
