All per 7 night stays from Saturday to Saturday
Price includes all heat, electricity, towels and bedlinen

Summer season £350
July 7th to September 1st 2012

Mid Season £300
June 2nd 2012 to July 7th 2012
September 1st to 27th October 2012

Easter £375
Christmas £425
New Year £425 

 A deposit of 50% is payable at time booking
Outstanding balance is due not less than 5 weeks before entry date

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your holiday the following applies :-
Full cost less 10% booking administration fee is returnable up to 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement date.
50% returned up to 4 weeks prior to holiday
Less than 4 weeks the full amount is non-refundable unless we are able
to relet the cottage on your behalf in which case we would refund the full
amount less 10% administration fees.
